This is a Westmeath and District Recreation Association sponsored family fun event covering the two communities of Westmeath & La Passe. Ity has been running now for about ten years and keeps getting bigger every year. Last year we had 100 registered participants.
The fishing occurs on the Ottawa River, below Pembroke, from the Lower Allumette Lake, Coulonge Lake and Lac Rocher Fendu.
It is supported by Bob’s Izumi’s Kids, Cops & Canadian Tire Group, as well as, some local sponsors.
Any help you can provide by way of information, handouts, prizes etc. would be appreiciated.
