30th Annual SCGFA Kids Summer Derby – Monday, July 1/24 to Saturday, August 31/24. 9 weeks of free summer fishing fun!

Kids Day Colossal Extravaganza Saturday, September 7/24 awards day, fishing, BBQ lunch and lots of fun activities for all ages.

• Enter pictures online with the angler holding their fish and the official 2024 Kids Summer Derby button.
• Grand prize for overall most species entered.
• Prizes/trophies for the top 3 anglers with the most species entered in each age group 2-6, 7-12 and 12-16
• Prizes/medallions to 7 more anglers in each age group drawn randomly
• Big Catch Story Competition-prizes for all kids who enter a story about their big catch, the fish that got away, outdoor adventure or use your imagination.
• Fish Art Competition-prizes for all kids who enter a picture of a fish you could find in Ontario.
• Free for all kids 2-16 to participate
• No minimum fish size
• Fish anywhere in Ontario
• 5 weekly prize draws chosen from entries each week
• 30th anniversary T-shirt for the first 300 kids attending Kids Day on September 7/24
