Local OPP and MNR officers will be helping children learn the joys of fishing this summer during the annual Finlayson Point Provincial Park Kids Fishing Day. Taking place in Finlayson Point Provincial Park on Lake Temagami from 1-4 p.m. the event is open to families staying at the park as well as Day Use Visitors. The event is part of a Canada-wide celebration, National Fishing Week and the annual Ontario Family Fishing Events Week.
