Families can expect to enjoy a wonderful day outdoors on the lake with their kids.
Our Renfrew County 4-H youth members can guide families throughout the morning of ice fishing on Family Day Weekend.
Parking will be available at Melissa Bishop Park, beach access point.

Registration fee’s apply for fishing derby contest entry, with additional prize winning’s available for children, on Sunday February 15, 2026.
Onsite registration will be held outside at Melissa Bishop Park, and 4-H youth members will be offering a hot lunch onsite for purchase.
Fishing derby will run from 9:00am – 1:00pm, pre-registration also available, please contact Kim at 613.628.5474.
